DISPLAY CARES PROGRAM
Display is not only the “The Social That Pays,” it is the “Social That Cares”
Display receives compensation from advertisements, retailers, brands, merchants and other partners participating in connection with the content they create and share with others on the Display social platform. One of the key differentiators and benefits of becoming part of the Display social community is that we provide you the opportunity to be rewarded for your content on the Display Social platform.
Display cares is a special promotion for youth programs (sports, music, entertainment, innovation, etc.) and other qualified not-for-profit organizations. Under the Display cares program, in addition to the award rate you receive from advertising monies earned from your content on the Display social platform, Display will also donate its portion of the advertising revenues received by us from the “Support Me” button to your organization after costs, expenses, charges and other applicable holdbacks.
Participation in this opportunity are offered at our sole discretion and subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, Creator Awards Program, this Display cares program and our other policies, applicable laws, rules and regulations.

How do we calculate the amount Display will contribute to your Group or Organization?
The amounts Display will contribute to your organization is based on rates for advertisement calculated based on the number of users that view a particular advertisement specifically related to content that you create and post on your profile page and the ad rate for any particular advertisement. Advertising rates will vary based on among other items, the brand, product type, merchant, logistics provider or other participating partner, the amount of data you share, the geography in which an advertisement is viewed and the conversion rate from the advertisement.
All contribution amounts are determined net of Display social platform costs and expenses and other applicable deductions and costs. The amounts contributed to your group or organization may not be immediately determinable by us. Accordingly, we may also take holdbacks until such time as we determine the amount of monies we receive from advertisers available for contribution. We also reserve the right to change the method of calculating contributions from time to time at our sole discretion.
In our sole discretion, we may make adjustments for errors or other reasons we determine necessary. In addition, we may make adjustments that we, in our sole discretion, deem as fraudulent, abusive, suspicious or otherwise inconsistent with our Terms of Service, the Creator Awards Program, this Display cares program or any of our other policies, applicable law, rules or regulations.
All contribution amounts will be paid in U.S. dollars in such manner as we may determine from time to time. You will be solely responsible for any and all tax liability arising out of contributions received in connection with your participation on the Display cares program.
When will my Group or Organization receive amounts under the Display cares program?
Contributions under the Display cares program will generally be made monthly within the first 10 calendar days of each month based on the amount of advertising revenue earned by Display from your content during the previous month. However, determining the correct amount may take time to determine so you should expect that processing of contributions may take additional time depending on when we receive payment from advertisers and other factors. The minimum donation amount will initially be U.S. $25, subject to adjustment upward or downward. If at the end of any calendar month the contribution amount is determined to be less than U.S. $25, then no payment will be made for that month and the balance will be added to the next month’s contribution amount.
How long with the Display cares program last?
We expect that the Display cares program will initially until September 30, 2021. However, we reserve the right to extend or shorten the time period. Should we decide to shorten the time period will provide you with at least 30 days’ notice (for example, through the Display social platform).
What do I do if I believe the contribution amount is not correct?
If you believe that your contribution amount is incorrect you may contact Customer Care and ask us to review your contribution amount. We will review it in good faith and make any adjustment we determine to be appropriate. All decisions are final. Should you disagree with any adjustments made to your account, your sole remedy is to delete your account on the Display social platform.
