SUPER USER ACCOUNT PROGRAM
Program Guide & Rules
(Effective Date: September 1, 2021)
The following information forms the Super User Accounts Program ("Program"). Your participation in this Program will be governed by these terms and conditions, and it is your responsibility to read and understand all of them. Each participant is responsible for remaining knowledgeable as to these Program terms and conditions. If you require clarification or further information, you may contact Customer Care through the app (from your profile menu, select Customer Care and then Report a Problem). Display will proactively activate badges weekly when the requirements are achieved.
Who is Eligible to Participate in the Super User Accounts Program?
In order to be eligible for this program you must meet the following criteria:
- Have supported at least 100 times since joining the display platform. This support can be supporting one creator 100 times or supporting 100 creators one time each. Being a good supporter is important to having and maintaining a healthy Display community.
- Have at least 100 people who have registered on the Display Social Platform using their unique invite link. Being able to invite your community of friends and family helps you as a user and enhances enjoyment of the benefits of display.
- You must post and continue to post original content, licensed content or free content at all times.
- Users must be active on the platform at least 30 days before becoming eligible for this program.
- Current employees of Display or its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the display User Accounts Program.
What are the status levels?
- Gold Super User Badge – Users who have invited at least either 250 friends or contacts that have registered on the Display social platform since they joined Display.
- Platinum Super User Badge – Users who have invited at least either 500 friends or contacts that have registered on the Display social platform since they joined Display.
- Diamond Super User Badge - Users who have invited at least 1,000 friends or contacts that have registered on the Display social platform since they joined Display.
How do I apply for eligibility in the Super User Accounts Program?
Generally, you do not need to apply to participate in this program. Just invite your friends and contacts. When you reach the levels specified in the “What are the status levels?” section of this article, you will automatically be enrolled in this Program.
However, if you do not qualify by meeting the Super User Account requirements but believe you are deserving of badge status, you may request that your case be reviewed for a Gold or Platinum badge via the Display Advisory Board. Badges must be earned and justified, but this allows for other qualitative criteria to be considered. For example, your network may not meet the specific quantitative requirements of the program, but you may have other quantitative or qualitative criteria that could qualify you for the badge status you are requesting. What are the benefits of each level of a Super User Account?
Gold Super User Accounts:
- Will have access to new features after the Platinum and Diamond Super Users but before non-badge users.
- Will receive a monthly award payout bonus equal to 3.5% of your total monthly awards on the Display social platform. For example, if you earn a total of $100 in awards in a month, you will receive an award bonus of $3.50 for that month. Gold Super user account bonus awards will be credited monthly. Users must be active on the platform at least 21 days out of the month to be paid this bonus.
- Will be able to can participate in special events and shows on Display Live and other special gatherings sponsored by Display.
- Will have a Gold Super User Badge on their account on the Display social platform.
- Will have the ability to join the Display Advisory Board.
Platinum Super User Accounts:
Will have ALL of the benefits above for Gold Badge Super User Accounts PLUS
- Will receive a monthly award payout bonus equal to 10% of your total monthly awards on the Display social platform (instead of the 3.5% bonus earned by Gold Super Users). So, if you earn $100 in awards in a month, you will receive an award bonus of $10.00 for that month. Platinum Super User bonus awards will be credited monthly. Eligible Users must be active on the platform at least 21 days out of the month to be eligible for the additional Platinum Super User bonus.
- Will receive special "Live" video options not available to other non-Platinum and Diamond Super Users.
- Will have the opportunity to do a single "Show on display Live" to talk about their own content and invite guests. This exposure to the entire Display social platform can be beneficial. Users must create the show in advance and submit the show for approval. The show must be at least 28 minutes in length with two breaks allowing for a break for users at the 10-minute mark and 20-minute mark. This will provide Platinum Super Users the one-time opportunity to reach the ENTIRE Display audience with their content.
- Will have a Platinum Super User Badge on their account on the Display social platform.
- Will have the ability to join the Display Advisory Board.
Diamond Super User Accounts:
Will have ALL of the benefits above for Platinum and Gold Super Users PLUS
- Will receive a monthly award payout bonus equal to 20% of your total monthly awards on the Display social platform (instead of the 3.5% bonus awarded to Gold Super Users or the 10% bonus award to Platinum Super Users). So, if you earn $100 in awards in a month, you will receive an award bonus of $20.00 for that month. Diamond Super User bonus awards will be credited monthly. Users must be active on the platform at least 21 days out of the month to be paid this bonus. Will have the opportunity to create and host a weekly show (and potentially daily at our sole discretion) show on Display Live. Users must create the show in advance and submit the show for approval. The show must be at least 28 minutes in length with 2 breaks allowing for a break for users at the 10-minute mark and 20-minute mark. As an example, you create "Harry’s Art Hour" which will be marketed and broadcast each week at a specific time (determined by display, based on our programming schedule) on display Live. This will provide Platinum & Diamond Super Users the continuing opportunity to reach the ENTIRE Display audience with their content.
- Will have the FIRST ability to use "Live" video streaming on the Display Social platform for testing.
- Will be able to test other new features and showcase them as they become available.
- Will have a Diamond Super User Badge on their account on the Display Social Platform.
- Will have the ability to join the Display Advisory Board.
- Will be invited to certain "red carpet" parties and events that are hosted by Display. Diamond Super Users will receive special invitations to attend these events.
Display will automatically activate the badge on your account once you meet the minimum requirements.
Additionally, the Display Advisory Board can grant Gold or Platinum badges if the standard requirements are not met, but there are other strong factors supporting the request.
How do I apply to the Display Advisory Board for a Gold or Platinum Super User?
To be considered for a Gold or Platinum badge from the Display Advisory Board, you must satisfy the following requirements:
- You must be active on the Display Social Platform for a minimum of 30 days.
- You must have supported other users via the “Support Me” button at least 100 times since registering on the Display Social Platform (support can be for a single creator or multiple creators).
- You have not requested badge status from the Display Advisory Board during at least the prior 9-month period.
Factors that the Display Advisory Board will consider in evaluating a request for badge status will include, among other things:
- Substantial achievement of the requirements set forth in this Super User Account Program for the badge level being requested.
- Other substantial contributions other than achieving the follower and invite requirements, such as a user creating a community with 1,000 or more members.
- Metrics demonstrating promotion of the Display Social Platform.
- Other qualitative factors you believe important.
How long will this Super User Accounts Program last?
There is no predetermined expiration date on this Super User Account Program and it may continue until such time as Display decides to terminate the Program, which may be done at any time. Should we terminate or change the Program we will provide you with at least 10 days’ notice (for example, through the Display Social platform).
What do I do if I have any questions about the Program or the benefits?
If you any questions about the Program or the benefits provided as a member of the Program, you may contact Customer Care through the app (from your profile menu, select Customer Care and then Report a Problem).
What are the Other Exclusions or Terms that Apply?
- DISPLAY PROVIDES THIS PROGRAM, THESE AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS "AS-IS" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY.
- This Program membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Display for registered users on the Display Social Platform. Membership in this Program is void if prohibited by law in the country of the user’s domicile or by deletion of your account on the Display Social Platform.
- You must not be a resident of a country subject to economic or trade sanctions by the U.S. State Department or U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) or be listed as a “Specially Designated National,” a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist,” a “Blocked Person” or similar designation under the OFAC sanctions regime. You further agree to provide additional information we may reasonably request to verify your identity as a condition for redeeming Display Dollar awards.
- Display reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, procedures, conditions or benefits pertaining to this Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the benefits already accumulated.
- Display reserves the right to suspend or discontinue your membership, including any status or tier (including Gold, Platinum and Diamond), for any user who appears to be using this Program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions or intent of the Program. Display also reserves the right to discontinue membership for any user who Display believes, or if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting, in its sole discretion, has:
- Acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable local or federal laws, regulations or ordinances;
- Violated any of the Display Terms of Use, these Program terms and conditions or any other Display policies;
- Infringed other people's intellectual property rights, or we believe violates any applicable law, rule, or regulation;
- Engaged in any fraudulent or dishonest behavior, theft, misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with their Display account; or
- Engaged in any abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, inappropriate, offensive or hostile conduct, towards other Display Social Platform users.
- The section entitled “How We Will Handle Disputes; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Limits on Liability” in our Terms of Use will apply to any disputes.
- All interpretations of these Program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Display. If you believe that our determination is incorrect you may contact Customer Care through the app (from your profile menu, select Customer Care and then Report a Problem). We will review your request in good faith and make any determination we deem appropriate. All decisions are final. Should you disagree with any determination, your sole remedy is to delete your account on the Display Social platform.
Updates to This Program
We may change this Program at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through the Display Social platform) at least 10 days before we make changes to this program and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect. If you continue to use the Display Social platform once the updates take effect, you will be bound by the updated program terms.
