Can I register multiple accounts under the same Email or phone number?

No, you can only have one account per name, address, email address, or other identifying feature, or else the account may be flagged as fraudulent. Fraudulent accounts cannot participant in the Creator Awards Program. Likewise, a single PayPal email address cannot be connected to multiple display accounts.
