- Users can't comment within 10 seconds of their last comment. Every comment they make must be at least 10 seconds after their last one. We might increase this time limit in the future but for now just 10 seconds.
- Users can't comment on the same thing they previously commented on. So if a user comments a heart emoji, they can't make a separate heart emoji comment as their following comment. Hopefully this will help curb the insane amount of emoji comments we get in a row.
